Kardeşler Apartments is a residential project on Kooperatif Avenue in Maltepe that reinterprets classic facade details in a contemporary way. The light-coloured facade, window surrounds and rooftop windows give the building a timeless character.

In addition to the ground and typical floors, two-storey duplex apartments were planned on the top floor. Colour plan drawings for each floor show the layout and room arrangements in detail.
