Nova Maltepe is a residential project that combines modern facade design with smart home technology. Warm-toned cladding and large windows give the building a striking look by day and by night.

With central home control, electricity, water, the boiler and air conditioning can be managed from a single panel or a mobile device. A video intercom, code and card building entry, and flood, intruder, smoke and gas alarm systems provide a secure living environment.

• Central home control (electricity, water, boiler, air conditioning)
• Video intercom and touch panel
• Remote access and scheduled tasks via mobile app
• Code and card building entry
• Integrated flood, intruder, smoke and gas alarms
• Expandable infrastructure for lighting, curtains and TV
