Koyiçi Houses is a residential project whose low-rise, horizontally arranged blocks create a living environment on a human scale. A rhythmic pattern of balconies and terraced top floors brings movement to the long facade.

Generous green spaces and landscaping with trees lining the avenue give the development a character close to nature.
